MVM is to pay Ft 260 billion for E.ON Földgáz Trade and E.ON Földgáz Storage.

State asset manager MNV is to provide some Ft 71 billion, or 30% of the funding, to MVM in the form of an equity loan, which will later be converted to shares.

MVM will provide the remaining Ft 52 billion from its own resources.
